I'm Tom Kegode, founder of SparkShift. Sixteen years leading culture, innovation and people change inside large organisations means I've sat where you're sitting, and partnered with the C-suite to make the big calls land.
I'm a friendly disrupter and an executive coach. I bring the right people together, build the answer with them, and make change something people genuinely enjoy being part of. More human, not less. That's how it sticks.
Beyond the boardroom, I chair a school's governing board, leading in the education sector on future careers and the next generation of work.
